Y sus (los dueños, empleado,
agentes) sólo actúe
como agentes en las materias de
transporte, alojamientos, accidentes
o irregularidad de cualquier Amable
en absoluto, resultando el valor
predeterminado de cualquier compañía
o individuo comprometido proporcionando
el servicio colocado completamente
o en parte.

y de agentes no es responsable para
pierde o los gastos adicionales
debido a cambios o los retrasos
imprevistos causados por el tiempo,
las fuerzas mayor, el robo, las
huelgas, la enfermedad, la guerra,
el fracaso de vuelo u otro transporte
para llegar o partir a tiempo y
otras causas más allá
de nuestro mando. Todo cosas así
pierde o los gastos serán
llevados por el pasajero como las
proporciones de la gira sólo
mantenga los arreglos durante el
tiempo declarado.

el pasajero asume todos los riesgos

Las reservas el derecho para alterar
el itinerario cuando juzgó

pasajero, y es convenido que ningún
reintegro se dará en las

Land Portion Payment:
A deposit of 20 percent of the cost of the trip is required
at the time of reservation. The balance of the payment
is due at least 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

is required. All travel documents can be picked in Ecuador,
at your arrival.
Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices if
circumstances out of our control occur.
Cancellations fees: Up to 30 days prior to departure:
30 percent of the total price29-8 days prior to departure:
50 percent of the total price7-0 days prior to departure:
100 percent of the total price
Galapagos cruises: Payment and cancellation policies will
depend of the politics of each ship or program
Program changes: If unpredictable circumstances occur,
we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary.
Responsibility: For those activities which include adventure,
our clients will have to sign a document, to inform that
they will be done on his own risk.
Insurance: We recommend each passenger to carry his travel
insurance including as much items as possible
Visa and travel documents: Travelers
are responsible for their own travel
documents. |
