RESPONSABILITIES
GREATTOURS TRAVEL AGENCY CIA.LTDA. And its (owners,
employed, agents) act only as agents in matters of transportation,
accommodations, accidents or irregularity of any Kind
whatsoever, resulting entirely or in part the default
of any company or individual engaged in providing the
arranged service. GREATTOURS TRAVEL AGENCY CIA.LTDA.
and de agents are not liable for loses or additional
expenses due to changes or unforeseen delays caused
by weather, acts of God, theft, strikes, sickness ,
war, failure of flight or other transportation to arrive
or depart on time and other causes beyond our control.
All such loses or expenses will be borne by the passenger
as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the
time stated. GREATTOURS TRAVEL AGENCY CIA.LTDA. Assumes
no responsibilities for loss or damage to baggage or
personal property . On departure upon his/her travel,
the passenger voluntarily assumes all risks involved
with such travel. And is advised to obtain appropriate
insurance coverage against them . GREATTOURS TRAVEL
AGENCY CIA.LTDA.
Reserves the right to alter the itinerary when deemed
necessary for the well-being of the passenger, and is
agreed that no refunds will be given in such circumstances.
On some expeditions it is not possible to accommodate
persons with severe health problems or physical disabilities
which involve walking or the activities. It is the passengers
responsibility to judge the appropriateness of these
travel activities to their physical capabilities
Land Portion Payment:
A deposit of 20 percent of the cost of the trip is required
at the time of reservation. The balance of the payment
is due at least 30 days prior to the start of the trip.
If payment is not received on time, we have the right
to avoid providing services
A copy of the wire transfer authorization by fax or
e-mail is required. All travel documents can be picked
in Ecuador, at your arrival.
Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices
if circumstances out of our control occur.
Cancellations fees: Up to 30 days prior to departure:
30 percent of the total price29-8 days prior to departure:
50 percent of the total price7-0 days prior to departure:
100 percent of the total price
Galapagos cruises: Payment and cancellation policies
will depend of the politics of each ship or program
Program changes: If unpredictable circumstances occur,
we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary.
Responsibility: For those activities which include adventure,
our clients will have to sign a document, to inform
that they will be done on his own risk.
Insurance: We recommend each passenger to carry his
travel insurance including as much items as possible
Visa and travel documents: Travelers are responsible
for their own travel documents
