The
hot spots camp is inspired in
the local indigenous architecture
of the Siona culture, merging
whit the ecosystem as the jungle
strives to camouflage its infrastructure.
Waking up to the sights, sounds
and aromas of the rainforest from
this low impact complex is like
daydreaming childhood fantasies
that are for real, and without
having to worry about how you
look in the mirror each morning,
the natives don't mind, and neither
do the animals. And each time
you trek or canoe your way through
Cuyabeno, embraced by so much
life, you are bound to feel the
same spirit of discovery. With
this invaluable reference, plus
your personal naturalist guide
and native escorts, you will realize
how much more is out there waiting
to be found by you, happy exploring.
And finally, we hope that after
visiting the Hot spots camp and
Cuyabeno wildlife reserve, you
will return home with a renewed
dedication to conservation and
preservation of that infinitely
complex living organism, the rainforest.
