COAST
From May to September, the whales can be seen near the
National Park Machalilla. The Silver, a small similar
island to some islands of the Tortoises, is part of this
park. This area is perfect for the observation of birds
and it offers magnificent experiences in diving and he/she
also offers the opportunity to visit archaeological places
of cultures pre- Columbias
The Ecuadorian coast possesses an enviable gastronomy.
Their plates are a sample of the delicious and fresh coastal
food. In definitive this tropical atmosphere is more than

COAST PANORAMAS
HS38 Santo Domingo de los Colorados
( 2days - daily)
A beautiful journey from Quito over the western highway,
dropping from 3200m to 500m to the tropical paradise of
the city of Santo Domingo. On the way we'll be able to
feel and observe the drastic changes in climate and vegetation,
admiring the forest and waterfalls. We'll also visit the
Colorado Indian Communities of Santo Domingo.
HS39 Machalilla National Park
(5days-daily)
Machalilla National Park is locates in Jipijapa,
in the province of Manabi. It covers an area of 3500 hectares
and includes the islands of La Plata, and Salango, many
beautiful beaches a
museum and a Zoo, bays, cliffs and coves influenced by
the marine currents.
We'll also visit Archeological sites and sail to the islands
of La Plata where the many species of bird life are worthy
of observation.
Another attraction of the island are the seals and whales,
that have made this coast their home. We'll also visit
some of the Pacific beaches to relax contemplate.
HS40 Esmeraldas Pacific beaches
(4 days - daily)
Drive west on a breathtaking bus tour from 3200asl to
500m (3H) to Santo Domingo and continue to the Pacific
Coast. Arrive in Atacames. Relax in the beach hotel. During
our stay we'll visit the beautiful countryside of Muisne
Island, and the small native fishing - villages, as well
as islands without tourist. On day four, depart to Esmeraldas
for a flight back to Quito.
HS41 Montañita pacific
Beaches (4 days-daily)
Flight from Quito to Guayaquill and then drive to Montañita,
a small native, fishing-village Relax in the beach hotel.
We'll also visit "La Plata" Island, located
the Machalilla National Park, famous for its unique Flora
and Fauna. There is a great variety of tropical birds,
Blue Footed Boobies, Sea Lions, etc.
Surfing is optional. On Day four, transfer to Guayaquil
to fly back to Quito.
